When you have fun doing something, you'll do more of it. With winter already underway in some places, there are even more ways to get active. If you enjoy leisurely walks or working around the home, these are great ways to build more activity into your day. If you enjoy shoveling snow or like snow sports, do a little more. And for you shoppers, park on one end of the mall and walk the entire mall. Walking through the mall is fun way to be active and find some holiday bargains, too. In short, whatever you're doing, just do a little more to be more active and get more health benefits in the process.
